The Aptum Way

I believe in kicking it old school, while adapting our practices to the modern lifestyle. 

As a dedicated holistic practitioner I strive to meet every student where they are at and help them get the most out of their wellness path.

Whether it be through Hatha Yoga or Hybrid Training with Animal Movements and Kettlebells, you are on your way to a life of strength, adaptability, and integrity.

Do you realize that's a simple truth? Because I do! With over 1000hrs of well-rounded and obscure training, I can show you that doing simple things to connect your mind to your body will enhance both your physical and mental capacity at any age - if you are simply willing to put in the effort!

Over the years I've found that consistent practice of Classical Hatha Yoga, Animal Movements, and Kettlebells yields the greatest achievements for mindset and physical wellbeing in both myself and clients. Of course, a good diet plays a big role in this too!

Ancient Eastern cultures have practiced Hatha yoga and animal movements for thousands of years to produce immense mental and physical well being. These techniques are proven to still be highly effective and are becoming increasingly popular in Western physical culture. 

Kettlebells, on the other hand, are an old Russian invention for building resiliency in the joints and considerable muscular strength. They go hand in hand quite well with yoga and animal movement!
